Located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Xingliao's headquarters is a comprehensive industrial park integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service. The building covers over 30,000 square meters with modern office spaces, advanced research laboratories, and spacious production workshops.
With more than 500 employees, our R&D team accounts for over 30% of the workforce. Core technical talents come from leading technology companies such as Huawei, Tencent, and DJI. We invest over 15% of annual revenue into technology development, accumulating 120+ technical patents and software copyrights.
The Xingliao Smart Home Showroom at our Shenzhen headquarters spans over 1,000 square meters, showcasing our complete ecosystem of whole-home intelligent solutions. The showroom is divided into four functional zones: Smart Security, Smart Lighting, Smart Appliance Control, and Scene Experience.
Visitors can experience firsthand the remote video intercom of our smart doorbells, voice-controlled smart switches, and scheduled feeding of our smart pet feeders. With one-touch scene switching, users can activate Home Mode, Away Mode, Sleep Mode, and other intelligent scenarios.
Xingliao operates a 20,000-square-meter modern production base equipped with advanced SMT production lines, automatic welding equipment, and precision testing instruments. From raw material incoming inspection to finished product outgoing inspection, every process undergoes strict quality control.
Our annual production capacity exceeds 5 million smart home units, covering smart doorbells, smart switches, smart pet feeders, smart control panels, and more. The factory has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, and products comply with CE, FCC, RoHS, and other international standards.
Xingliao participates annually in world-renowned exhibitions including CES in the United States, IFA in Berlin, Hong Kong Electronics Fair, and the Canton Fair. These events allow us to engage face-to-face with global customers and showcase our latest smart home products and technological achievements.
