🌍 About Our Cats Rescue Program

Xingliao's Cats Rescue Initiative operates across China and Southeast Asia, rescuing stray and abandoned Cats from dangerous streets, providing medical treatment, rehabilitation, and finding them loving forever homes. Founded in 2019, we have partnered with local shelters and veterinary clinics to save over 2,980 Cats. Every donation goes directly to food, medical care, and shelter operations.
