Xingliao's Dogs Rescue Initiative operates across China and Southeast Asia, rescuing stray and abandoned Dogs from dangerous streets, providing medical treatment, rehabilitation, and finding them loving forever homes. Founded in 2019, we have partnered with local shelters and veterinary clinics to save over 3,406 Dogs. Every donation goes directly to food, medical care, and shelter operations.
